On July 7, Town & Country magazine released their August 2015 issue, featuring Eve Hewson. The magazine recognized her as one of 50 successful young women in their second issue featuring a list of “Modern Swans.”
Hewson appears on the cover of the August issue in addition to being featured in an interview with Town & Country writer Jennie Yabroff.
In the interview, Hewson discussed topics such as her fear of blood; her family; and her career as an actress.
“There’s the cliché of the celebrity kid with a fragrance and a handbag line and they design jewelry on the side and maybe dabble in acting. I’ve always been very particular about the fact that this is the one thing I want to do,” said Hewson, who currently stars in the Cinemax series The Knick.
She also commented on her social life. “My sister says, ‘You need to look more available… She’s like, ‘You’re so confident in yourself, you look like you have a boyfriend… I’m 23,” Hewson said. “I don’t need a boyfriend. It’s so much fun being on your own.”
The interview, which was released on Hewson’s 24th birthday, can be found at Town & Country’s website: http://www.townandcountrymag.com/style/fashion-trends/news/a3355/evehewson/
