Irish rock megastars U2 will headline the seventh annual Concert for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals this Wednesday, October 5, at the Cow Palace in Daly City.
However, unless you’ve got at least $1,000 on hand to donate, your odds of seeing Bono and the gang are very slim.
Nevertheless, the concert, presented by Salesforce, is bound to make quite a bit of cash for the hospitals with that ticket asking price. Packages for the event range all the way up to $1,000,000, with the pricier options coming with perks like exclusive viewing areas and entrance to the event’s cocktail reception and afterparty, which, like last year, features will.i.am and MC Hammer.
In previous concerts, artists like Green Day, Bruno Mars, and the Foo Fighters have taken the stage for the benefit.
The Concert for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals featuring U2 takes place on Wednesday, October 5, at 7 p.m., at the Cow Palace in Daly City. Tickets and sponsorships are on sale now.
