Monday night marks a new era in late night as Jimmy Fallon takes the reigns as host of NBC’s “The Tonight Show.”

So, what’s different about his version of the show?

Not much outside of the upholstery, according to USA Today. Fallon said he will stick to his “Late Show” formula.

“I mean, our show is going to be kind of what it is right now,” he said. “It’s the same show just a nicer sofa…We know we do intelligent comedy, we do absurd sketches, I do a lot of impressions, I sing with the guests, I dance. I’ll do whatever I have to do to make you laugh.”

Fallon and house band The Roots will kick things off in a major fashion with in a major way tonight with guests Will Smith and U2.
